Your own payment account
Connect your church's Paystack account, or Stripe or PayPal. Gifts settle straight into your account, and your keys are stored encrypted.

Give to tithes, general offerings, building, missions or funds you name, and link a gift to a campaign, an event or a sermon.
Pledges
Record pledges with an amount and frequency, linked to a campaign, an event or a member.
Cash and collections
Finance staff record cash and branch collections, and a second person approves them before they are booked.
Receipts and statements
Issue a printable receipt for any gift, and let members print their own giving statement for any date range.
Finance in view
Transactions, expenses and budgets against actuals, with monthly, quarterly or annual reports in CSV or PDF.
SARS tax certificates, built in
If your church is an approved public benefit organisation, GraceHub issues Section 18A certificates for the SARS tax year, from 1 March to the end of February.
- Set up your PBO name, Section 18A reference, signatory and which funds qualify
- Donors add their own tax details, kept apart from their open profile
- One certificate per donor per tax year, numbered in sequence
- Members download their own certificate; finance can issue one for them or void it with a reason
- Tickets and merchandise never count as donations
- Export your IT3(d) data as a CSV file for your SARS return
From gift to certificate
- Give: A member gives online or at the door.
- Settle: Online gifts go straight into your church's account.
- Record: The gift is linked to the person, the fund and any campaign.
- Certify: At the end of the tax year, donors download their Section 18A certificate.
Online giving questions
Which payment providers can we use?
Paystack, Stripe or PayPal, each connected to your church's own account so the money settles with you. Paystack payments are in Rand.
Can members give on their phones?
Yes. Giving works in any phone's browser, and members can see their own giving history and statements.
What is an IT3(d)?
It is the return a public benefit organisation submits to SARS listing the Section 18A receipts it issued. GraceHub builds it from the certificates you issued and exports it as a CSV file for your submission.
Can we record cash offerings?
Yes. Finance staff record cash and branch collections, and a second person with approval rights books them, so every rand is accounted for.
