The details that make events run smoothly

Running an event

  1. Create: Set the date, visibility, capacity and any ticket types.
  2. Share: Publish the event page, or let people find it on your "what's on" page.
  3. Register: Members and guests register; paid tickets go through your own payment account.
  4. Check in: People scan the door code, tap an NFC tag, or staff check them in by name.

Event ticketing questions

Can guests register without an account?

Yes. Guests can register and buy tickets on the public event page.

Where does ticket money go?

Into your church's own Paystack, Stripe or PayPal account.

Can we limit numbers?

Yes. Set a capacity for the event and a quantity for each ticket type. When an event is full, registration closes, and event managers can still add people.

Do people need an app to check in?

No. They scan the door's QR code with their phone's camera, tap an NFC tag, or staff check them in by name.
