Member management questions
Can we import our existing member list?
Yes. The import wizard takes CSV and Excel files, maps the columns, checks for duplicates by email and phone and links families. It covers 22 kinds of records, from members and households to giving history and attendance.
Does GraceHub work for multi-campus churches?
Yes. Each campus is a branch of one church. Roles can be limited to one branch's data, and people can move between branches as they move between campuses.
What happens to people who stop attending?
They are archived automatically, keeping all their history, so your active lists stay accurate. Anyone archived comes back on their own when they check in, give or sign in, and you can restore people by hand.
Can we export our members?
Yes, as CSV, Excel or PDF.
