What every leader needs, and the full picture for every pastor
Leader check-ins
Leaders submit each meeting's attendance, which is approved or sent back for correction.
Weekly reports
Reports with prayer and sermon notes, so pastors know what is happening in every cell.
Life events
A care tab in each group for the life events that need a pastoral response.
Leadership structure
An organisation chart and church positions, from campus leadership down to each cell.
Campuses
Cells sit under the branch they belong to, and roles can be limited to one branch or to assigned groups.
Attendance trends
Cell attendance feeds the same at-risk and retention views as services and events.
Every other group, too
Join requests
Members ask to join a group, and leaders approve.
Invitations
Invite people into a group directly.
Eligibility rules
Decide who can join each group, so the right people end up in the right places.
How a week works
- Meet: The cell meets at home, at church or anywhere in between.
- Check in: The leader submits who attended.
- Report: Prayer needs and sermon notes go in the weekly report.
- Review: Pastors approve the check-in and follow up where care is needed.
Cell group questions
We call them home groups. Can GraceHub?
Yes. Rename Cell Groups, and 38 other terms, to the words your church uses, and they change across GraceHub.
Can overseers see only their own cells?
Yes. Roles can be scoped to assigned groups, so an overseer sees the cells in their care.
Can members join groups themselves?
Yes. Members can ask to join a group, leaders approve, and eligibility rules apply where you set them.
