Pastoral care and counselling software for a church that cares

Give your pastoral team one private place for care requests, counselling cases, follow-ups and reminders, so nobody who asks for help falls through the cracks.

What's included

When someone asks for help, someone answers

Care requests

Members ask for prayer, a hospital or home visit, bereavement support, counselling or practical help, marked urgent or routine.

Routed to the right person

Requests go to an on-duty responder, preferring someone who already knows the member, and move from open to resolved.

Emergencies first

A notice that can't be dismissed points people to emergency services when that is what they need.

Follow-ups and reminders

Turn conversations into follow-up tasks and reminders, with birthdays and anniversaries in view.

Private case management for pastoral counselling

Private cases

Consent, confidentiality, risk level, safety plan and referrals recorded for each case.

Structured notes

Session notes in SOAP, DAP or BIRP format, with treatment plans and homework.

Questionnaires

Send reflection and screening questionnaires by private link, and keep the results with the case.

Closed by default

Counselling access never comes with a broader role. You give it only to the people who need it.

From request to resolved

  1. Ask: A member raises a request from the web, with a photo if it helps.
  2. Route: It goes to an on-duty responder in their branch.
  3. Respond: The responder accepts, is on the way, and resolves it.
  4. Follow up: Anything ongoing becomes a follow-up task or a counselling case.

Pastoral care questions

Who can see counselling notes?

Only the people you give counselling access. It never comes automatically with a broader permission.

Can members ask for prayer?

Yes. Prayer is one of the care request categories, alongside hospital and home visits, bereavement, counselling and practical help.

Is GraceHub a clinical system?

No. GraceHub supports pastoral counselling. Its questionnaires are for reflection and referral, not diagnosis, and urgent situations belong with emergency services.
